| John Marshall was the only one who followed up. No other contractor called me back after giving me a quote. He completed the project in 3 hours installing a Bradford White unit. Looks Good. He cleaned up the work area and hauled away the old unit.
He left it to me to apply for the city permit. He was very reluctant to do this himself. Applying has not gone as smoothly as I anticipated, and there seems to be legal liaibility issues with whoever's name is on the application as the applicant. This is something new to me, so I don't know if I am correct about this. |
