Owner/repairman called me within seconds of my submitting this request. Made an appointment to come out the next morning, and showed up toward the end of the agreed upon time window. He quickly diagnosed the problem (faulty oven burner ignitor), quoted a fixed price to replace the part, and did so. The price he charged for the ignitor was fair. I thought the price he charged for labor was too high.
