I have been told over the phine that the work will be done from the outside and that the inside will be sealed off however the was done from the inside leaving the house smelling with sutt. That made me a bit unhappy. Otherwise Will was very helpful

Will was on time, courteous, explained what he needed to do, had attention to details (cleaned our glass cover really well), cleaned up well after himself. His price was just a little high I thought (compared to other companies we have tried), but we haven't had the chimney cleaned for a few years so maybe this is the market rate now. Would recommend.
