Very friendly and knowledgeable.He found that the problem was my monitor not the video card right away.He drove me to Best Buy where I picked out a new screen, plus speakers,came back and installed them.His price for all this is more reasonable than most as well.
I will definitely use Pro Tech again for all my computer problems.

The service guy came out less than 24 hours after I called. My email was totally down, none of the usual techniques (turning off, rebooting, etc.) had any effect. He found out that my address had been hijacked. Within two hours he had cleaned over 400 viruses and intruders off my computer and gotten my email back. Plus he shared a lot of useful information. Plus he was personable but not intrusive. We would definitely use them again
