My overall experience was fairly good, however there was some minor damage to my dryer vent during the process. Also, the lead technician played the dual role of sales spokesperson for the company. He was very informative and cordial, but a little pushy on the sales side. I did end up purchasing a filter (which I was going to do anyway), but opted not to do any of the furnace cleaning work or purchase the very expensive UV filtration package. I would use them again with the knowledge that a sales pitch was on it's way and head it off at the pass.
