Tony and his colleagues did a professional job. Each day they left the work site was clean. Tony always let us know the status of the job and walked us through the work they did that day and plans for the next day, including asking if the arrival time was okay. At the end of the project Tony walked us through the equipment, the settings, verifing if the air flow was okay. Also the new thermostat settings. He has made an extended time frame to return to verify the heating during the cold months, which impressed me that he wanted to verify the system was putting out the right amount of heat and air flow.
