The estimate was done by Dave and the actual repair work done by Federico. Dave gave a thorough estimate outlining work to be done, repair guarantees, cost. Federico was prompt and friendly and he took about 3.5 hours to repair my roof. I thought the price was reasonable given the age of my roof and the amount of repairs. My only negative comment was that my appointment time was changed to an earlier time, without their asking for my confirmation. Luckily this earlier time worked for me.

Hired to do an inspection as part of a property sale. Owner Jim Eastman is very knowlegeable and answered all my questions; however, it took a week after his inspection for them to type up and send me the report.
