Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof in 95112
I bought this property knowing that I had to replace the roof, so I began asking for bids a few months before I decided on a company. ODR's bid was $1000 lower than the next lowest bid and $3000 lower than Pietersen Dean Roofing. The service was excellent and the workers were friendly, professional, clean, and quick. They finished the job in 3 days and, now that the first storms fo the season have come and gone, I can say that I made the right decision choosing this small company. A piece of the roof fell on my wall while they tore off the old one and made a small hole on my kitchen ceiling; Oscar, the owner of the outfit, fixed it himself.

Started and finished quickly with the repair as prommised for the price agreed. Sounds basic but with some contractors thats not the case. Marvin was great help in explaining what they were going to do and why. He showed great experience with my older metal tile roof.
